Returns & Exchanges
At Protech Projection Systems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unopened packaging.
Request an RMA Number
Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted at our warehouse.
Pack Your Equipment
Securely place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories. Place the unit inside a separate shipping box to prevent damage to the retail packaging.
Ship the Item
Clearly write the RMA number on the outer shipping label and send the package to our designated returns center via a trackable carrier like UPS or FedEx.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for completeness and condition. Approved returns will be processed for a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
